Dit is voor myn neef Aaron, die zaterdag nacht, 7 op 8 Augustus 2010 is heengegaan.

Aaron, neefje, ik hoop da ge my op een of andere manier kunt horen. Niemand heeft afscheid kunnen nemen.
En niemand kan geloven dat dit is gebeurd. Andy gaat een petitie doen, voor een vangrail te zetten op de plaats waar het ongeluk is gebeurd. En ik hoop dat ze het doen, niemand wilt da er nog ongevallen gebeuren.
En ik meen het, ik ga nooit meer van myn leven in de vaart zwemmen, ik zou het ook ni kunnen.
Neefke, ik zal nooit vergeten hoe ge zei; "Ha myn nichtje!". We zagen elkaar mss ni veel meer ma da maakt ni uit.
Heel onze familie heeft heel veel verdriet, uw mama & uw broer zyn ni te troosten.. Ma samen komen we er wel door..
Ik en Nena zyn daarstraks naar het ongeluk-plaats gegaan. Ik heb er 2 roosjes voor u gelegd. Myn beste vriendin, Sara, was ook mee, om my te troosten. Toen ik aankwam en ik zag er vrienden van u staan, barstte ik al in tranen uit.
Tussen de stenen staan allemaal witte & rode roosjes, zo mooi. er zyn ook tekstjes voor u neergelegd enzo.
De eerste dag kon ik er ni by zyn, ik kon het gewoon ni aanzien hoe heel myn familie vol verdriet zit.
Maar maak u geen zorgen, we zorgen allemaal goe voor elkaar en we krygen veel steun van buitenaf.
Verdomme, 24, ge waart veel te jong om te sterven. Uw leven begon net. Het is echt ni eerlyk!
Uw leven was mss kort, en ge hebt veel erge dingen meegemaakt, maar opt einde waart ge gelukkig.
Met uw droomwagen, eerlyk gezegd vond ik het ne "Johnny-bak", ma gy vond de auto supeeeer.
De 18e Augustus is het de begrafenis, het gaat zwaar worden, da weet ik. Maar zo gaan we allemaal een soort van afscheid van u kunne nemen. Niemand heeft dit ooit gewild!! En ge moet weten da we allemaal enorm veel van u houden en steeds aan de mooie momente met u gaan denken, en het is normaal da er dan af en toe een traantje over onze wang loopt, omda we weten da we me u geen momenten meer gaan hebben.
